FREE-VALVE’s Pneumatic swing tungsten carbide single plate gate valve are suitable for steel plant, cereals transport system, cement transport systems,ECO system,GAH system and EP system in coal fired power plant. In these applications, pneumatic conveying method is used to reduce manpower demand, and improve system efficiency and reliability, and is easy to realize automation.

FREE-VALVE brand fluorine lined butterfly valve adopts the central line fluorine lined structure, the valve body and disc are lined with anti-corrosive materials so as to effectively avoid the corrosion of the valve by strong corrosive media,so the valve has both the common butterfly valve mechanical strength, and also can play strong resistance to chemical medium properties .

Pneumatic knife gate valve is installed at cement plant

Stainless steel ceramic lined butterfly valve is designed for any abrasive and corrosive working conditions ,to replace any metal seated butterfly valve with longer working life .

FREE-VALVE Brand pneumatic V Port cermaic lined ball valve is a kind of control type ball valve with anti -abrasive and anti-corrosive performance

The video shows the pneumatic knife gate valve opening and closing process

The video show the opening and closing for pneumatic ceramic rotary gate valve, Ceramic lined sealing makes the valve having anti abrasive performance,So it suits for wherever opening and closing frequently .

Pneumatic hard alloy seated rotating disc gate valves are designed for higher temperature in the fly ash system at coal power plant ,less than 350 Degree

FREE-VALVE brand Pneumatic Ceramic Lined Knife Gate Valves are known as slurry gate valves. Its have simple structure and can cut off medium which contains solid particles and fibers, but for some very hard particles or serious erosive mediums, general metal seated knife gate valves will be washed out easily, so ceramic knife gate valves are very suitable for those mediums containing fibers and hard solid particles.

FREE-VALVE’s  Split body Ceramic seat ceramic disc Y type electric control slurry globe valve is ideal for many applications because the valves are designed for use on abrasion materials.  Split body Ceramic seat ceramic disc Y type electric control slurry globe valve is divided into left and right parts with a seat between them.

FREE-VALVE’s Pneumatic Ceramic Rotary Gate Valves are designed for pressurized and vacuum systems including pneumatic conveying systems, discharge and vent applications in steel plant and coal power.

FREE-VALVE’s Pneumatic Ceramic Rotary Gate Valves are designed for pressurized and vacuum systems including pneumatic conveying systems, discharge and vent applications in steel plant and coal power. The whole of ceramic sealing faces of the valves are well ground and polished, which is ensure a reliable sealing performance of the valve.

FREE-VALVE brand 2PC Ceramic Ball Valves are designed with engineering ceramics the engineering ceramics internal parts provide excellent wear resistance. The body of a two-piece ball valve is composed of a main body and a secondary body. After the ball , seat, and stem are installed in the main body, the secondary body is connected to the main body through nuts or bolts. The ceramic ball valves are widely used as an open and close function as well as a throttling control tasks in corrosive medium with abrasive solids content.

FREE-VALVE brand manual fluorine lined diaphragm valves are widely used in chemical industry, medicine and other industrial sectors to achieve the cutting of acid, alkali and other corrosive media in the production process

FREE-VALVE   CF8M Body Wafer End Pneumatic Wear-Resistant ZrO2 Ceramic Seat Butterfly Valve  were operated in the harshest control environments and offers excellent resistant to cavitation which is major problem for process control valves. The ceramic materials are applied to the most common problem areas within disc of butterfly valve. These ceramic materials are 6-8 times harder than stainless steels and the result is a control valve that functions properly in a harsh, abrasive service environment.

Pneumatic metal seated double disc gate valve is designed for higher temperature in the fly ash system at coal power plant ,opening test is made before the valve leave factory.

FREE-VALVE Wafer End Inflatable seat pneumatic butterfly valve includes an inflatable seat ,the seat is typically a resilient liner that can be inflated or deflated,as opposed to traditional butterfly valves that rely on friction for sealing.Inflatable seats have a creative design that blends the traditional butterfly valve features with the special attribute of an inflatable seat. When the seat is inflated

FREE-VALVE brand pneumatic operated slide gate valves with hand wheel are unidirectional square type knife edge gate valve used on industrial pipeline for on-off operation

FREE-VALVE pneumatic ceramic lined V Bore control ball valves are that V-port ceramic ball provides precise throttling control in the valve’s opening and closing, with more accurate and flexible adjusting performance.Besides, the self-lubricating capability of engineering ceramic ensures the good sealing after polishing, during the opening and closing process, the V shaped channel of the ball and ceramic seat have a wedge-shaped shearing effect, which can cut off fibers and particles in media during the opening and closing process to prevent the ball core from sticking.

FREE-VALVE rubber lined swing disc check valve is a type of one-way valve that can automatically prevent the backflow of media in the pipeline. Its valve disc rotates around the spindle under the action of fluid pressure to achieve opening and closing. When the inlet pressure is higher than the outlet, the valve opens and the medium flows through.
