FREE-VALVE Parallel Slide Double Disc Gate Valves features parallel double disc symmetrically positioned on either side of the valve body.The valve body is equipped with two wear-resistant alloy or toughening ceramic valve discs and seats.The two discs come together tightly in the middle of the valve body for providing a reliable seal performance and reducing maintenance time and improving operational uptime. The valve is designed to handle the most abrasive media for on-off service in pneumatic conveying lines.
Features:
- Two-sideSealing pair is made of structural ceramic or wear-resistant alloy，which have perfect performance to resist wear and flushing.
- It inserts spring between double valve discs to ensure self- sealing through bi-directional flexible preload pressure of spring, having characteristics of low pressure bi-directional sealing and without dust clogging phenomenon in the process of the opening and closing of valve.
- The blow sweep port or automatic blow sweep device can be set on the valve body according to different operating conditions.
- Self-lapping, self-cleaningdisc rotational motion for long-life sealing performance and avoiding the ash deposition in abrasive service.Disc can be replaced.
- The disc shearing action clears the sealing surfaces and its path of particulate, creating an ever-tighter seal with exceptionally low leak rates and the assurance of a tight shut-off.
- The double disc valve is a component designed to replace dome valveas discharge valve.
- Easy maintenance minimizes downtime, replaceable parts.
