FREE-VALVE 2PC body wafer type ductile iron Square or Rectangular port Knife Gate Valves are designed as split type and for on-off service in abrasive slurry applications or dry powder,the valve is easy to replace and maintain on site,the Valves are ideally suited for applications in mining slurry and fly ash system.

Features

  1. Bi-directional flow and shut-off, allowing valves to be installed in either direction.
  2. The valve body adopts separate body design, and the matching surface of the valve body and valve plate adopts CNC machining.
  3. Full portdesigning, after the valve is fully opened.
  4. Valve disc can be made of wear – resistant stainless steel plate withvarious types of wear – resistant surface treatment.
  5. Flange is design for square flange.
  6. Compared with ordinary knife gate valve, split valve body and valve plate sealing surface cooperate more closely, sealing effect is better.
