The diverter valves feature a unique rotating or shearing disc design that provides a self-lapping rotation ,cleaning action that cuts through solids on enhanced ceramic seat, ensuring a long-lasting tight shut-off sealing performance.Our Diverter Valve is designed to divert powder and granular material flowing in pneumatic conveying systems.

Features

Self-cleaning ,Self-lappingtoughened engineering ceramic /tungsten carbide disc for long-life service sealing in abrasive service.
The body featuring a single inlet and two outlet ports,Ideal for two or multi-destination pneumatic conveying (hoppers,vessels, silos, bins,etc ).
Pneumatic actuator connected to discthrough inner and outer swing arm.
A spring-loaded connection between the disc and drive enables the disc to adjusts for wear, ensures tight sealing performance and resists back pressure. The connection also compensate for thermal expansion or contraction between the disc and seat.
The cylinder piston rod does not contact with the medium directly, which greatly prolongs the service life of the cylinder and has a higher service temperature without damaging the cylinder.
Product with customized structural length and connection size is available.
The angled elbow can also be designed as ceramic wear-resistant elbow or lined with wear-resistant alloy material according to the user’s requirements.
