FREE-VALVE rubber lined plate swing check valve has low flow resistance, low pressure drop, is easy to open, has a simple structure, and strong adaptability (such as pressure fluctuations and media contamination), thus it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, water supply, and food.The working principle of the Rubber plate swing check valve is that the medium enters from the inlet end, and the medium pressure generates an opening torque on the rocker shaft, overcoming the rocker’s gravitational torque to open the valve disc, allowing the medium to pass through. Once the medium flows back, the two torques act in the same direction on the rocker, causing it to close and prevent backflow. At this time, the medium pressure fully acts on the rocker, converting the pressure into sealing force.
